We have some replacement parts available at the unlisted links for certain tents.

In order to request other replacement parts, please contact our Support Team with the following information:

• Order number
• Tent model
• Quantity needed
• Picture of the part

Longer or shorter bolts are available at the hardware store- we do not sell or make them. You can pick up standard M8 1.25 hardware.
